Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy Tech Announced

The Technology Association of Grantmakers (TAG) is pleased to announce its 2022 Emerging Leaders cohort. The Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI) is designed to cultivate rising stars and emerging technology leaders in philanthropy in ways that increase innovation and resiliency. Through a series of coaching, mentoring pairings, and educational opportunities, emerging leaders are provided with the expertise and skills needed to further advance their careers and serve the mission of philanthropy.

The 2022 ELI cohort once again brings together a diverse group of professionals working in tech-related roles from philanthropic organizations varying in type, size and locale. Selected participants are new in their careers, new in their role, or newly entering the philanthropic sector. All are passionate about their work and the field.

“Now in its fifth year, the TAG Emerging Leaders Initiative attracts top notch professionals who understand the value of technology to extend and realize the mission of the social sector. I’m inspired by the 2022 cohort as well as the executives who have volunteered to provide mentorship throughout the upcoming year. Each year’s alumni go on to lead and serve, creating an ELI Alumni network that is shaping the future of philanthropy.

– Bill Robertazzi, ELI Program Director, TAG

Congratulations to the 2022 Emerging Leaders and thank you to TAG member executives who’ve volunteered their time and expertise as mentors.

“ELI offered me the perfect structure and format to identify and make progress on specific goals I wanted to achieve, develop a trusting rapport with my mentor, and share various aspects of leadership with other emerging leaders in the cohort.
