2020 Edition of Consumers Guide to Grants Management Systems

Thursday, March 12, 2020

The new edition of Consumers Guide to Grants Management Systems is now available!

March 12, 2020 With four years since the last edition, the new release of A Consumers Guide to Grants Management Systems reflects significant changes in the marketplace for grants management systems. Funded by PEAK Grantmaking, Grantbook, and TechImpact, the 2020 release reviews the current landscape of systems as well as new functionality added since the 2017 Consumers Guide.

"Increasingly, grantmakers want good data to measure impact, to make more strategic decisions, and to support learning for the philanthropic and nonprofit sector as a whole" says Nikki Barrett from Grantbook and Melissa Sines from PEAK Grantmaking. "These strategic imperatives have pushed many of these systems—and the people who use them—far beyond basic administrative functions. We hope this guide provides an invaluable resource as you weigh your options."

The full report, in both its digital and PDF format, is available from Tech Impact's Idealware at https://www.idealware.org/reports/gms2020/.

The first edition of A Consumers Guide to Grants Management Systems was released in 2008, with subsequent major revisions in 2011, 2013, and 2017.
