Peer Community: Women in Tech Meeting | September 2026

All current TAG members are welcome to participate in a learning exchange for women in philanthropy tech, by women in philanthropy tech.
The purpose of this peer community is to inspire, empower, and connect with fellow women over the challenges and opportunities in our sector.
Community Leadership & Structure:
The Women in Tech (WiT) Peer Community is led by two member co-chairs who are supported by TAG staff to deliver meaningful sessions aimed at growing our networks and building stronger connections with fellow philanthropy tech women.
2026 Co-Chairs:
- Catherine Fryszczyn, Systems and Data Manager, Hillspire
- Kimberly Glick, Information Systems Manager, Community Foundation of Elkhart County
WiT meetings are typically relationship-forward conversations rather than formal presentations; however, TAG will invite guest speakers to help provide an expert lens on a specific theme or topic. Regular sessions prioritize peer exchange, mutual support, and candid discussion in a high-trust environment.

Offered on a quarterly basis
Structured enough to support meaningful connection, while remaining responsive to community needs
