Peer Community: Women in Tech Meeting | September 2026

All current TAG members are welcome to participate in a learning exchange for women in philanthropy tech, by women in philanthropy tech.
The purpose of this peer community is to inspire, empower, and connect with fellow women over the challenges and opportunities in our sector.
Community Leadership & Structure:
The Women in Tech (WiT) Peer Community is led by two member co-chairs who are supported by TAG staff to deliver meaningful sessions aimed at growing our networks and building stronger connections with fellow philanthropy tech women.

WiT meetings are typically relationship-forward conversations rather than formal presentations; however, TAG will invite guest speakers to help provide an expert lens on a specific theme or topic. Regular sessions prioritize peer exchange, mutual support, and candid discussion in a high-trust environment.

September Meeting: Executive Presence
Join us for a peer conversation focused on “executive presence” and what it means to “lead well.” Together, we’ll reflect on traditional ideas of executive presence and consider how authenticity, vulnerability, voice, power, and competition shape the ways we show up as leaders. Through breakout discussions, participants will have an opportunity to share professional experiences, challenge assumptions, and learn practical strategies for navigating spaces where their leadership or perspectives may not always be recognized or supported.
