Creating an AI strategy is one thing, and putting it into practice is another.
As grantmaking organizations continue to experiment with AI, many are discovering that successful adoption requires ongoing reflection, adaptation, and learning.
This session offers a retrospective on AI strategy implementation through a peer case study from the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan (CFSEM). Together, we'll explore what worked well, how CFSEM adapted its strategy as the AI landscape rapidly evolved, and the lessons learned along the way. Through facilitated discussion and peer exchange, participants will also reflect on their own organizations' experiences, share insights, and learn from others navigating similar opportunities and challenges.
