All current TAG members are welcome to participate in a learning exchange for women in philanthropy tech, by women in philanthropy tech.
The purpose of this peer community is to inspire, empower, and connect with fellow women over the challenges and opportunities in our sector.
Community Leadership & Structure:
The Women in Tech (WiT) Peer Community is led by two member co-chairs who are supported by TAG staff to deliver meaningful sessions aimed at growing our networks and building stronger connections with fellow philanthropy tech women.

WiT meetings are typically relationship-forward conversations rather than formal presentations; however, TAG will invite guest speakers to help provide an expert lens on a specific theme or topic. Regular sessions prioritize peer exchange, mutual support, and candid discussion in a high-trust environment.

June Meeting: Scripts & Strategies for Challenging Conversations
Crucial workplace conversations can be especially challenging in fast-paced environments — from negotiating responsibilities and setting boundaries to addressing conflict, communication barriers, or uncertainty. This interactive session will explore practical strategies, adaptable conversation frameworks, and peer-supported approaches for handling challenging professional scenarios with greater confidence and flexibility. Through discussion and breakout activities, participants will reflect on real-world situations, share experiences, and collaboratively develop approaches they can apply in their own daily work.
