The purpose of this peer community is to inspire, learn, and connect with fellow alumni of TAG’s Emerging Leaders Initiative.
Community Leadership & Structure:
The Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI) Peer Community is led by two member co-chairs who are supported by TAG staff, including Bill Robertazzi (Program Director for ELI), to deliver meaning sessions aimed at growing our networks and building stronger connections with fellow ELI alumni.

ELI Alumni meetings are typically relationship forward conversations rather than formal presentations; however, TAG will invite guest speakers to help provide an expert lens on a specific theme or topic. Regular sessions prioritize peer exchange, mutual support, and candid discussion in a high trust environment.

September Meeting: Conflict Resolution
Conflict is an inevitable part of working with others, especially as roles evolve and organizations navigate change.
Join fellow alumni of TAG’s Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI) for an interactive discussion exploring practical strategies for addressing workplace conflict with confidence, empathy, and intention. Together, we'll examine how communication styles, power dynamics, and organizational context influence difficult conversations through real-world scenarios and peer discussion. Rather than focusing on "right" answers, participants will explore the gray areas of conflict, consider multiple approaches to resolution, and reflect on lessons learned from their own experiences.
