Inclusion by Design: A Cohort for Human-Centered Tech Leaders
Back by popular demand, Inclusion by Design is an 8‑week learning experience designed for tech and operations staff at grantmaking organizations, with technology partners (including for‑profit organizations) also welcome to join.
Participants will learn how to lead and implement accessible, human‑centered technology solutions that support more inclusive and effective outcomes across philanthropy. Through a combination of live Zoom sessions and self‑paced coursework, the program supports individuals ready to enhance their leadership practice and build more inclusive pathways in #philanthropytech.
The cohort is developed in partnership with Lekisha Middleton of the Good Success Network and emphasizes practical, actionable strategies that participants can apply immediately within their organizations and client work. Certificates of completion are offered to participants who successfully complete all required coursework.
