TAG and PEAK Grantmaking (formerly GMN) have engaged Idealware, an independent nonprofit research organization, to update the 2012 report, A Consumers Guide to Integrated Software for Community Foundations. In this edition, we review eight software packages to see how they meet the specific needs of community foundations and compare each system across five broad categories of functionality: Grant and Application Management, Financial Management, Donor Management, Relationship and Communication Management, and Technical Considerations.
