Q2 ELI Alumni Event: Defining Your Leadership Style

June 25, 2026

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time

How does your leadership style shape the way you show up, and how others experience your presence?

Designed for alumni of TAG’s Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI), this session is for professionals who know how to do the work and are ready to deepen their executive presence by exploring the leadership styles that influence communication, decision-making, and impact. Whether your approach is democratic, transformational, or something else entirely, this session will help you better understand your default tendencies and how to adapt them in different contexts.

Through a pre-event leadership assessment and peer discussion, participants will reflect on how various leadership styles show up in the workplace, gaining greater clarity on personal strengths and areas for growth. Together, we’ll examine how identified qualities connect to alumni’s diverse experiences in philanthropy tech, and how to stretch leadership skills to meet the current moment.

Key Takeaways Include:

  • Gain clarity on the leadership style that best describes you, and how it shows up in your work.

  • Understand how different leadership styles operate and are perceived in professional settings.

  • Engage in peer-driven reflection.

ELI Alumni Community Co-Chairs:

This session will be led by Bill Robertazzi, Program Director for the ELI Alumni Network.

If you are interested in attending, we kindly ask that you complete the brief accompanying leadership style assessment ahead of the session.
