Through short case examples and guided discussion, participants will explore practical approaches to topics such as grant cycle redesign, justice-informed tech practices, and platform selection.
Whether you’re improving existing systems or implementing a new tool, this session offers a fast, practical way to learn from peers and identify strategic next steps for your organization.
