Board Committees
The Technology Association of Grantmakers (TAG) operates under a robust governance structure designed to ensure the organization’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. This collaborative governance model empowers TAG to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and strengthen its impact within the philanthropic technology community. At the heart of this structure is the Board of Directors, guided by the Executive Committee consisting of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary.
Supporting the board are five committees: Audit, Development, Finance, Governance, and Program. Together, these groups foster accountability, ensure sound financial stewardship, and increase the organization’s impact.
