Results are in from the 2020 State of Philanthropy Tech survey, conducted every 2 years by TAG. Join the TAG Survey Committee on this interactive call to explore key findings and trends. 

In August 2020, the Technology Association of Grantmakers (TAG) conducted a survey to better understand the technology environment, practices, and perceptions in philanthropy. The result is the only comprehensive survey on the current state of technology in philanthropy including: 

  1. The impact of COVID-19 on technology budgets, support for grantees and more
  2. Diversity, equity, and inclusion practices amongst technology teams
  3. Security breaches, protections, and practices
  4. Trends in tool selection across the broad range of application areas
  5. Staffing ratios and outsourcing trends
