Monthly Mindfulness: A Pragmatic Practice for TAG Members

As part of the TAG community, you are invited to take a short break the first Friday of every month to give your mind a rest before the weekend ahead.

Join TAG's ELI Program Director Bill Robertazzi and a group of your peers the first Friday of each month from 12-12:25pm ET, for a short and pragmatic mindfulness meditation session. The benefits of mindfulness meditation include stress reduction, increased focus, improved health and more compassion – all invaluable during highly-reactive and taxing times.

NOTE: July's session will be held on July 10 at 12ET due to the U.S. Holiday.

If you have a mediation practice, great! If you’ve never tried it, now is a good time to start. These sessions are open to all current TAG members.

The format will be a brief greeting, a 10+ minute guided meditation and a few minutes for feedback post meditation.
