TAG Leadership & Community Awards Program

"TAG is an active community of professionals responsible for information and communications technology in the philanthropic sector. The community provides the highest quality resources and learning opportunities in an open and trusted environment.” — Vision Statement, TAG Strategic Plan

With this vision in mind, the TAG Awards program is designed to encourage and recognize member participation in the TAG community. There are two types of awards: biennial and annual, which would be presented during TAG's annual conference.

The program has four main goals: 1) Encourage and reward participation in the TAG Community; 2) Improve trust and collaboration in the TAG Community; 3) Increase member satisfaction; and 4) Enhance TAG's reputation as a professional organization.

Darren Munk has helped behind the scenes on TAG’s web site and newsletter for the past several years and he has also been a member of the Agenda Committee. Darren has graciously volunteered his time and been the consummate professional contributing his knowledge without promoting his organization or its products. Member Appreciation Award

Dan is a member of the Conference Logistics committee, and served as the local liaison during TAG 2014 in Miami. Dan organized a user group meeting, coordinated the dine-arounds, helped plan the Networking Reception and Dinner and most importantly, he secured a grant for TAG 2014. Many thanks to Dan for his contributions to the TAG community!
