The Technology Affinity Group (TAG) will host its 2016 Annual Conference on technology in philanthropy in St. Pete Beach, Florida. The conference will be held at the Loews Don CeSar Hotel Monday, November 14–Thursday, November 17, 2016. We have developed an engaging conference agenda, which will attract staff from within the philanthropic community. Please download the TAG 2016 Conference Agenda for information about the sessions.
As an exhibitor, you will be able to demonstrate your latest technologies, promote initiatives, and develop business relationships.

Vendors/Consultants Attendance Policy
Consultants and vendors who wish to attend the TAG conference must meet one of the following criteria:
- The organization is a current member of TAG
- The individual is a conference presenter
- The organization is a conference exhibitor
A maximum of 3 staff from one vendor or consulting organization is permitted.
A Note About TAG's Attendance Policy
TAG strongly values the contributions made by consultants and vendors at the annual conference and strives to maintain an appropriate balance of foundation staff to consultants/vendors by enforcing this policy. The majority of conference attendees represent large private and community foundations. Therefore, exhibitors are being given a unique opportunity to network with conference attendees who have specific responsibilities for deploying technology in foundations. To maintain a learning community that encourages an open exchange of knowledge and ideas, we ask that all participants refrain from soliciting funds or conducting business during the conference, except when you are in the Exhibit Hall on November 15 and 16, 2016.
Exhibitor Package Terms and Conditions
The conference will include a two-day Exhibit Hall, which will be held on Tuesday, November 15 and Wednesday, November 16, 10:30 am–5:00 pm. The conference officially opens Tuesday morning and the exhibit hours are scheduled during a time when most attendees are on-site.
A maximum of 16 relevant and appropriate consultants/vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through the conference online registration system at tagtech.org.

Exhibitor Package Fees
TAG Member Exhibitor Package (includes a single conference attendee): $895
- Non-member Exhibitor Package (includes a single conference attendee): $1,345
A maximum of 2 additional staff from each exhibitor organization may register for the following fees:
- TAG Member before September 30: $595 (after September 30: $695)
- Non-member before September 30: $795 (after September 30: $895)
All potential exhibitors must complete the online registration form at tagtech.org. Select Exhibitor Package— Attending Full Conference (primary) and remit full payment. Two additional registrations are permitted by selecting Attendee Full Conference.
The Exhibitor Package Fee does not include lodging. Reserve your hotel room directly with the hotel as soon as possible, as there is a limited number of rooms reserved for TAG members. There are two methods to reserve a room, phone: call the Loews Reservation Center at 1-800-282-1116. Please be sure to mention the TAG Annual 2016 Conference Room Block (block code TAGN13) and verify the nightly rate of $229/night. Online: please visit tagtech.org/tag2016hotel to reserve your room.
Rooms must be reserved by Friday, October 14, 2016 to guarantee the room block rate. We recommend reserving your room early.
Wireless Internet access is complimentary in your hotel room and in the conference area. The TAG Room Block rate is available until October 14, 2016 or until the Room Block sells out.
Exhibitor Package Includes
- Exhibitors will setup in the Exhibit Hall, which is located on the 5th Floor in Del Prado Hall, adjacent to the meeting space. Exhibit space is limited. Large exhibit displays [10' x 8' or 10' x 10'] are not allowed. Banner stands that are no more than 36" wide are permitted.
- (1) 6’ x 30” table and two chairs, power strip and wireless Internet.
- Complimentary access to all meals, snacks, beverages and attendance to Tuesday morning keynote breakfast, plenaries, breakouts and other events.
- Exhibitor information in the conference guide and mobile app.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
• Exhibitor Package Cancellation Policy
The Exhibitor Package registration fees are not refundable. The primary Exhibitor Package registration may be transferred to another staff member at the same organization. To request a transfer of your registration, please email email@example.com with details about your request.
• Individual Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy (maximum of 2 individual registrations)
Due to financial obligations incurred by TAG, your cancellation request must be received prior to October 14, 2016. Cancellation requests for individual registrations will be accepted for the cost of conference attendees’ registration fee less a $50 processing fee. After October 14, 2016, a registration may be transferred to another person in lieu of a refund.
