TAG Announces Launch of Technology Survey

TAG launched its foundation-wide technology survey earlier this week.This year, the Grants Managers Network is partnering with TAG to conduct this important survey. 

All TAG and GMN members working for grantmaking organizations should have received an e-mail invitation to take the survey. Please coordinate with your colleagues to determine who in your foundation will complete the survey.

We are shooting for 100% survey participation from TAG member foundations. Please complete the survey by July 20th.

The survey results are important for foundation staff as well as the sector in general as the results provide data to enable foundations to make more informed, timely and cost-effective technology decisions.  Survey results also inform the sector and vendors who produce software for the sector about the sector's technology utilization and needs.

Anyone who participates in the survey will be able to do their own data analysis and comparisons using the benchmarking tool. Participants will be able to create custom groups of peers to whom they can compare their foundation's data. TAG and GMN members will also be able to see which application software packages other foundations are using.
