MicroEdge Delivers Improved Support Experience with New Client Portal

NEW YORK, August 5, 2010 – MicroEdge, LLC, the leading provider of solutions for the grantmaking community worldwide, has announced a significant technical support enhancement that provides clients with easy, online access to support resources. A new client portal, PowerME™, is streamlining the client experience while offering great communication tools to interact with MicroEdge and provide valuable feedback about products and services.

PowerME has an intuitive design and wealth of resources for clients seeking expertise and knowledge about MicroEdge solutions. Clients can view real-time status of technical support cases, modify existing cases, and easily reference past support requests. A searchable Knowledgebase provides quick, efficient resolutions to common support issues. Clients can also participate in an Ideas Community, a direct way to submit product enhancement suggestions and related feedback to MicroEdge. Ideas can be voted and commented on by all clients with access to PowerME. This new communication channel between MicroEdge and its clients has produced more than 78 ideas and over 348 votes since the portal's debut just a little more than one month ago.
