TAG recently signed an agreement with www.yourmembership.com for its new web site and membership management. www.yourmembership.com is an ASP solution that provides social networking, content management, association member management and knowledge management in one easy-to-use platform.
In addition to the tools familiar to you on TAG's existing web site, the new site will include enhanced member networking tools, member blogging capabilities, community groups, a jobs board, RSS and integration to other social networking sites.
The web site launch is planned for late October, just before the 7th Annual TAG Conference in San Antonio, TX.
A web site committee comprised of David Binder, Jeff Brandenburg, Tom Nall, Michael O'Brien and Gerald Spica have been working hard for several months to ensure a smooth transition. And, the TAG Board has been piloting the site since mid-summer.
Now, we'd like to actively involve some TAG members as beta-testers. If you would like to participate in the beta test, please contact lisa.pool@verizon.net by this Friday, September 18th.
