Please join your Los Angeles Area colleagues for a regional TAG meeting hosted by Anthony Mashkovich of The California Wellness Foundation. We‘ll meet on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 12 noon to 2:00 pm. Lunch will be served.

The agenda will include a presentation about Foundation Maps by Amanda Dillon (@gobbledyquack), Manager of Strategic Philanthropy, from the Foundation Center, followed by a roundtable discussion.

Working Smarter with Data: Foundation Maps
Understanding who is funding what and where has never been easier or more fun! Join us for an interactive presentation to learn about Foundation Center’s powerful data mapping tool, Foundation Maps. This platform allows you to search and visualize detailed grants data to find natural collaborators, scan the funding landscape and even identify funding gaps. Foundation Center's Amanda Dillon will walk us through the different ways you can easily map complex grants data and develop strategies for incorporating it into your work.

This presentation will be hands-on and each user should bring a laptop or tablet.
